Hengyi Industries International Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trade Finance professional to join our dynamic finance team. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process Import/Export Letter of Credit (LC) transactions, ensuring full compliance with banking terms and regulations.
- Handle vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure liquidity and timely settlements of accounts.
- Prepare and review detailed financial reports and statements for management review.
- Liaise effectively with banks and external financial institutions to resolve documentation issues.
- Ensure all trade finance activities adhere strictly to company policies and local compliance standards.
- Assist in month-end closing processes and general ledger reconciliation tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Banking, or Accountancy.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in Trade Finance or Operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) and international trade documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
