Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage Letters of Credit (LC) and other trade finance instruments with high accuracy.
- Verify and scrutinize shipping documents to ensure strict compliance with bank regulations and client requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with banks, shipping lines, and clients to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely transaction completion.
- Monitor and reconcile trade finance accounts on a monthly basis to ensure data integrity.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, risk management policies, and compliance standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of all trade finance transactions and correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in trade finance or banking operations.
- Strong working knowledge of banking regulations, including UCP 600 and ISBP.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a regulatory environment.
