StaffKing Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive Trade Finance Executive to join our client’s dynamic commodity and LNG trading team based in Singapore’s Central Region. In this role, you will gain exposure to end-to-end trade finance operations within a banking environment, working closely with regional stakeholders across Asia.
You will be responsible for structuring and executing trade financing solutions for high‑value commodity and LNG transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Key aspects of the role include managing documentary credits, guarantees, and financing instruments, monitoring risk exposure, and collaborating with sales, risk, and operations teams to optimize trade flows. You will also prepare detailed reporting for senior management, contribute to process improvements, and liaise with banks and counterparties to resolve any issues swiftly.

Tanggung Jawab
- Structure and execute trade financing for commodity and LNG transactions, including letters of credit, guarantees, and revolving credit facilities.
- Manage end‑to‑end trade finance processes from documentation review to settlement, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and mitigate counterparty and country risk, performing credit reviews and exposure analyses.
- Liaise with banks, insurance providers, and external counterparties to negotiate terms and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive trade reports, dashboards, and compliance records for senior leadership.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Collaborate with sales, risk, and operations teams to support new business initiatives and product development.
- Stay current with market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in trade finance for the energy sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 1‑3 years of experience in trade finance, banking operations, or commodity financing, preferably within the energy sector.
- Proficiency with trade finance instruments such as letters of credit (LC), standby LCs, and bank guarantees.
- Solid understanding of risk management principles and regulatory frameworks (e.g., UCP 600, ISP 98).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and prepare concise reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with TMS or ERP systems is a plus.
