Tanggung Jawab
- Perform rigorous verification and auditing of customer receipts and billing documents.
- Monitor daily and monthly sales achievement metrics categorized by specific customer accounts.
- Facilitate the processing and submission of customer incentive payments and trade claims.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date administrative records of all trade marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure accurate reconciliation of promotional expenses.
- Generate comprehensive reports on trade spend efficiency and sales performance.
- Assist the Trade Marketing Manager in coordinating administrative requirements for regional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administration or finance, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of handling financial data accurately.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
