Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end trade operations including Letters of Credit (LC) issuance and verification
- Coordinate logistics activities to ensure seamless goods movement and delivery
- Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and banking partners
- Maintain accurate trade documentation and compliance records
- Analyze operational data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve trade-related issues
- Monitor shipment statuses and ensure timely delivery to global destinations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in trade operations or logistics
- Strong knowledge of Letters of Credit (LC) and trade finance instruments
- Proficiency in trade management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation handling
