Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process Letter of Credit (LC) applications, amendments, and settlements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and review comprehensive import/export documentation, strictly adhering to international trade regulations and LC terms.
- Coordinate effectively with banks, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and various internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate trade execution.
- Monitor and meticulously track international shipments from the point of origin to the final destination.
- Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies and issues related to LC documents, shipping logistics, and trade finance matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring proper archiving and retrieval of all trade-related documents.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on trade finance instruments and international trade best practices to internal teams.
- Liaise with customs brokers and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth customs clearance processes for goods.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in trade operations, trade finance, or international logistics, with a strong focus on Letter of Credit (LC).
- In-depth knowledge and practical application of UCP 600, ISBP, and other international trade finance rules and practices.
- Familiarity with import/export documentation, customs procedures, and global shipping processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is essential for daily tasks and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
