Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end processing of Letters of Credit (LC) applications, amendments, and settlements
- Prepare and verify trade documentation including invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities for import/export shipments
- Monitor LC compliance with UCP 600 and other international trade regulations
- Resolve trade discrepancies through proactive communication with stakeholders
- Conduct risk assessments on trade transactions and recommend mitigation strategies
- Generate trade reports and maintain accurate transaction records
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or International Trade
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trade operations with LC specialization
- Proficiency in trade finance documentation and UCP 600 regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in complex transactions
- Experience working with ERP systems and trade management software
- Certification in trade operations or logistics (e.g., CSCP, CITF) preferred
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management
