Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end order processing and CRM documentation for trade clients
- Provide multi-channel support (calls/chat) to resolve client inquiries efficiently
- Execute strategic sales follow-ups to convert leads and maintain client engagement
- Coordinate product sample distribution to support sales initiatives
- Develop and implement account re-engagement strategies for dormant clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to align on client needs and market opportunities
- Generate regular sales performance reports and client feedback summaries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in sales coordination or customer-facing sales role
- Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Telecommunications industry knowledge preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in team environments
