Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies in a timely manner
- Coordinate with trading desks, sales teams, and operations to ensure accurate trade settlement
- Verify trade details against market data and confirmations
- Investigate and resolve failed trades and settlement issues
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Generate daily trade reports and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system-related issues affecting trade processing
- Provide exceptional support to traders during market hours
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in trade support, operations, or similar role in banking/finance
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading products
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Basic understanding of trade processing systems and settlement processes
