Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process shipping documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure timely shipment of goods
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, tracking information, and delivery status
- Assist with customs clearance procedures and compliance documentation
- Communicate with clients regarding shipment status, documentation requirements, and any issues
- Support trade compliance activities and ensure adherence to international trade regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve shipping-related issues and delays
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
- Previous experience in freight forwarding, shipping operations, or trade documentation
- Familiarity with shipping documentation processes and international trade regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and logistics management software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of customs procedures and import/export regulations is an advantage
