Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing high-grade steel scrap and related commodities from various mills and suppliers in the Asian region.
- Executing sales strategies to distribute materials efficiently to downstream manufacturers and end-users.
- Analyzing market trends, price fluctuations, and supply chain dynamics to make informed and profitable trading decisions.
- Coordinating closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery, storage, and handling of goods.
- Managing relationships with key clients and vendors to ensure high customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Preparing accurate trade reports, financial forecasts, and necessary documentation for management review.
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the group's footprint in the competitive steel trading sector.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in steel trading, commodities trading, or the steel manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of steel scrap grades, specifications, and global market pricing mechanisms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
