Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end administrative documentation for trading activities, ensuring 100% compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and sales departments to verify trade data and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Prepare, review, and process critical shipping and trading documents, including contracts, invoices, and customs-related paperwork.
  • Monitor and update the trading database regularly to ensure real-time accuracy of shipment statuses and contract execution.
  • Provide prompt and professional support for audit requirements and internal documentation audits.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with international and domestic trading partners to facilitate smooth document exchange.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency in the trading administrative workflow.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative, logistics, or trading support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially regarding numerical data and document verification.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume trading environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to administrative challenges.
