Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Trading Analyst to join our TRS team within the Singapore Administration Department (SGAD). As a Trading Analyst, you will be responsible for processing trade finance instruments, conducting compliance screenings, and delivering accurate and timely documentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in trade operations while contributing to the success of our global trade services.
Key Contributions
You will handle various trade transactions including letters of credit, guarantees, and collections. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders ensures seamless processing and issue resolution. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage trade finance transactions including Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections, and Bank Guarantees.
- Verify trade documents and ensure compliance with bank policies, UCP 600, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct sanction screenings and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Liaise with clients, relationship managers, and operations teams to resolve transactional queries.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management and audit purposes.
- Monitor transaction flows to ensure timely execution and adherence to service level agreements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to implementation.
- Stay updated with trade finance regulations, Incoterms, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in trade finance or banking operations.
- Sound knowledge of trade finance products, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and trade finance systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications in trade finance (e.g., CDCS, CAMS) are a plus.
