Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the end-to-end trading operations for the Food Department, ensuring timely execution of contracts.
- Manage shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and invoices, with high precision.
- Liaise effectively with external suppliers and logistics partners to optimize delivery schedules and reduce costs.
- Monitor and track shipment status across the Asia-Pacific region, proactively addressing any delays or logistical bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate trade records in the internal ERP system to ensure audit readiness and data integrity.
- Support the finance team in invoice verification, LC (Letter of Credit) processing, and trade settlement activities.
- Participate in daily operational meetings to provide updates on cargo movements and potential supply chain risks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in trade operations, shipping, or logistics, preferably within a food or commodity trading environment.
- Strong understanding of import/export documentation and international trade practices (Incoterms, UCP 600).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP software.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across various time zones.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability and professional integrity.
