Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the power trading team to ensure efficient, technology-driven, and profitable trading operations
- Develop and implement comprehensive trading strategies aligned with market conditions and company objectives
- Oversee compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards in power trading activities
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for optimizing trading performance
- Manage risk exposure and implement mitigation strategies to protect company assets
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless trading operations
- Drive continuous improvement in trading processes and systems
- Prepare regular reports on trading performance, market analysis, and risk assessment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in power trading or energy sector operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of power markets, regulatory frameworks, and trading mechanisms
- Proven track record in managing complex trading operations and driving profitability
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions
