Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive traffic acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels (SEM, Social, Display, Affiliates).
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize ROI and CPA, ensuring marketing spend is allocated efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to align traffic quality with lead generation targets.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and user journeys to maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage relationships with external ad networks, publishers, and marketing technology partners.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management, providing actionable insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically focusing on traffic acquisition and growth.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytical tools like Google Analytics 4.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategy.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-moving team in BGC.
