- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including dispatching and routing of trucks to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with external trucking vendors and service providers.
- Monitor field operations actively to ensure smooth and efficient shipment processes.
- Prepare, verify, and manage all necessary shipping and logistics documentation accurately.
- Identify and resolve logistical issues, delays, or bottlenecks promptly to minimize operational downtime.
- Liaise with warehouse staff, drivers, and customer service teams to provide real-time shipment updates.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.
- Track and report daily operational metrics to management for performance evaluation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Traffic Controller, Dispatcher, or Logistics Coordinator in the transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, fleet management, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
