In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our site safety operations, ensuring that all traffic flows efficiently and securely within project perimeters.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of traffic safety policies, conducting rigorous site inspections, and mitigating risks to prevent incidents. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive traffic management plans (TMP) for all project sites.
- Conduct regular on-site safety inspections to ensure strict compliance with local regulations and internal standards.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and external authorities to facilitate safe traffic flow during construction activities.
- Proactively identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures to prevent accidents and incidents.
- Manage and oversee emergency response protocols, acting as the primary point of contact during traffic-related incidents.
- Monitor the deployment and maintenance of traffic signage, cones, and barricades to ensure visibility and safety.
- Prepare detailed safety reports and documentation for management review and regulatory audits.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in traffic management, site safety, or construction logistics.
- In-depth knowledge of local traffic management regulations and safety compliance standards in Malaysia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret site maps and traffic flow patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and site personnel effectively.
- Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., NIOSH, CIDB Green Card) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in outdoor site environments and remain calm under pressure during emergency situations.
