Are you a vigilant, proactive individual dedicated to ensuring safety and order on the road? We are actively seeking a reliable Traffic Patroller to oversee and maintain the smooth, efficient flow of traffic within our designated areas of responsibility across the Calabarzon & Mimaropa regions.
As a key member of our transport and logistics team, you will serve as the eyes and ears on the ground. Your primary mission is to ensure road safety, monitor traffic conditions, respond swiftly to incidents, and prevent bottlenecks. This position requires active field presence, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols within the assigned sector to monitor traffic conditions and identify bottlenecks.
- Ensure the smooth and uninterrupted flow of traffic, directing vehicles manually when necessary.
- Respond promptly to traffic incidents, breakdowns, or road obstructions, and coordinate with emergency services.
- Assist motorists in distress, providing basic roadside support and guidance.
- Report road hazards, damaged signage, or infrastructure issues to management for immediate resolution.
- Enforce transport safety protocols and guidelines within the area of responsibility.
- Maintain daily activity logs, incident reports, and communication records.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in security or logistics is a plus.
- Prior experience in traffic management, security, patrolling, or transport logistics is highly preferred.
- Possession of a valid Professional Driver's License is required.
- Strong knowledge of traffic rules, road safety regulations, and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent physical stamina, alert mind, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with motorists and local authorities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
