Are you a detail-oriented civil engineer with a passion for urban infrastructure? Environ Consulting Services (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Traffic & Road Design Engineer to join our expanding transport planning team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of Malaysia’s road networks, ensuring that our designs are safe, efficient, and sustainable.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed road designs, including geometric design, pavement marking, and signage layouts.
- Conduct traffic impact assessments and capacity analysis using industry-standard modeling software.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, design calculations, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to ensure design compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform site inspections and field assessments to support design accuracy and problem-solving.
- Manage project documentation and ensure adherence to tight deadlines and quality control processes.
- Participate in collaborative design reviews to optimize transport flow and safety metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (recognized by BEM).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in road design or traffic engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and traffic modeling software (e.g., SIDRA, VISSIM).
- In-depth knowledge of JKR standards, Malaysian road design guidelines, and traffic safety regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex infrastructure design challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing design team.
