Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze real-time platform traffic to detect and mitigate fraudulent activities within TikTok Shop.
- Develop and refine detection algorithms and risk models to identify malicious patterns and bot traffic.
- Conduct in-depth investigations into security incidents, documenting root causes and implementing preventative measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, and Engineering to enhance platform security posture.
- Design and maintain security dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders regarding traffic health.
- Evaluate existing security policies and optimize strategies to balance user experience with platform integrity.
- Participate in emergency response efforts to handle large-scale security threats and platform attacks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in security operations, traffic analysis, or risk management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python, Go, or Java) for data manipulation and automation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify anomalies.
- Deep understanding of web traffic protocols (HTTP/HTTPS), API security, and common web attack vectors (e.g., scraping, account takeover, credential stuffing).
- Experience working with large-scale data platforms and log analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical security risks to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus to support regional collaborative efforts.
