Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently operate trailer tanker trucks for the transport of various materials to designated locations across Central Luzon and beyond.
- Perform comprehensive pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicles and trailers, ensuring all mechanical and safety components are in excellent working order.
- Adhere strictly to all Philippine traffic laws, company safety policies, and industry regulations, including those pertaining to the handling and transport of dangerous goods (HAZMAT), if applicable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logbooks, delivery manifests, vehicle maintenance records, and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure proper loading, unloading, and securing of cargo, preventing spills or damage during transit.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate schedules, report delays, and provide status updates.
- Promptly report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, spills, or incidents to management, following established protocols.
- Represent Presam professionally at all times, upholding our reputation for reliability and excellent service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Trailer Tanker Driver or in a similar heavy vehicle transport role.
- Possession of a valid professional driver's license with appropriate restriction codes for operating heavy vehicles and articulated trucks in the Philippines (e.g., Restriction Codes 3 & 8).
- A clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations, accidents, or criminal offenses.
- Strong understanding and practical knowledge of vehicle mechanics, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a HAZMAT endorsement or equivalent certification for dangerous goods transport, if required.
- Physical fitness to perform job duties, including sitting for extended periods, climbing, bending, and lifting.
- Excellent knowledge of road safety regulations, cargo securing techniques, and defensive driving practices.
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to adhering to strict safety and operational guidelines.
