Tanggung Jawab
- Operate heavy-duty trailer trucks to transport construction materials, containers, and equipment.
- Secure cargo using appropriate straps, chains, and tie-downs to ensure safe transport.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of the truck cab and trailer at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site supervisors regarding delivery status.
- Load and unload materials using manual handling techniques where necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving license (or equivalent local qualification).
- Proven experience in operating trailers for construction or logistics transport.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items and performing manual labor.
- Good knowledge of Singapore traffic rules and road safety standards.
- Ability to read maps and navigate efficiently in various weather conditions.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and have a clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of cargo securing protocols.
