As a Trainee Technician, you will be fully integrated into our maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, you will learn to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair complex aircraft systems. This is a hands-on position where you will develop real-world skills in avionics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and airframe mechanics.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior technicians in scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs of aircraft components and systems.
- Learn to use specialized diagnostic equipment and tools to identify mechanical or electrical faults.
- Participate in the disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of aircraft parts and assemblies.
- Support the documentation of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations.
- Attend and successfully complete all mandatory training modules and assessment sessions.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the hangar and workshop areas.
- Develop proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
Kualifikasi
- Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong interest in aviation and aircraft systems (passion for aerospace is highly valued).
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions precisely.
- Good manual dexterity and physical fitness for hands-on technical work.
- Willingness to work shifts and in a hangar environment (if required).
