As a Trainee Air Hub Lead, you will be at the forefront of logistics and air hub coordination. You will gain exposure to complex airside operations, real-time data monitoring, and cross-functional team leadership. Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in structured training programs to master air hub operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitor and manage real-time airside data to ensure smooth flight turnaround and logistics flow.
- Coordinate effectively with ground handling teams, airline representatives, and internal departments.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to maintain performance KPIs.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, security, and quality standards at all times.
- Prepare operational reports and provide timely updates to management regarding shift activities.
- Support the implementation of new technologies or process improvements within the Air Hub.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level professionals with a keen interest in the aviation industry are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work within diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident to qualify for the joining bonus scheme.
