As a Trainee Air Hub Lead, you will undergo a comprehensive, structured training program covering all aspects of ramp operations, safety protocols, equipment handling, and team leadership. Tanggung Jawab
- Undergo structured on-the-job and classroom training to master ramp handling procedures, ground service equipment (GSE) operations, and aviation safety regulations.
- Lead and supervise a team of ramp operatives during aircraft turnaround, ensuring on-time performance and delivering exceptional service quality.
- Coordinate closely with pilots, airline ground staff, and air traffic control to facilitate smooth and safe ground operations.
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings, risk assessments, and enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
- Manage the daily allocation of manpower, vehicles, and equipment to meet dynamic flight schedules and operational demands.
- Monitor operational performance, report incidents or equipment defects, and maintain accurate shift documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a strong safety culture.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline (Aviation, Logistics, or Engineering background is advantageous).
- Fresh graduates are welcome; this traineeship provides full training and mentorship.
- Strong leadership traits, initiative, and a proactive, can-do mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors on the aircraft ramp in various weather conditions.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident to qualify for the joining bonus.
- Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
