Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior technicians in the maintenance, repair, and inspection of aircraft components and systems
- Perform routine checks and servicing under supervision to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Learn and apply technical procedures related to aircraft airframe and engine maintenance
- Document and report maintenance activities accurately using digital systems
- Participate in on-the-job training programs and workshops to develop technical expertise
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company policies
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely
- Support the preparation of aircraft for flight operations as required
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in engineering or aviation is a plus
- Strong interest in aerospace and mechanical systems
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
