Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy machinery
- Assist senior mechanics in diagnosing mechanical and hydraulic issues
- Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Document maintenance activities and parts usage
- Follow strict safety protocols and workplace procedures
- Participate in ongoing skills development training
- Maintain clean and organized workshop areas
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification in automotive/mechanical field
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Strong willingness to learn technical skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Physical fitness for manual tasks and fieldwork
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- No prior experience required – training provided
