Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior mechanics in performing routine and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment.
- Learn to use diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Participate in hands-on training sessions to develop technical skills in engine, hydraulic, and transmission systems.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Document maintenance and repair activities accurately.
- Support other team members in various workshop tasks as needed.
Kualifikasi
- SPM or its equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or automotive systems preferred.
- Strong interest in heavy equipment and machinery repair.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy parts and equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork.
- Possession of a valid driving license (Class D or GDL) is an added advantage.
