- Deliver exceptional customer service through order taking, payment processing, and guest interactions
- Maintain strict hygiene standards and operational safety protocols in all workstations
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and waste reduction initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional training across kitchen, counter, and dining areas

Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background
- Strong passion for hospitality and customer service excellence
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
