- Master McDonald's operational procedures and service standards through structured training modules
- Assist in daily restaurant operations including order processing, kitchen coordination, and customer interactions
- Implement health and safety protocols while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
- Develop customer service skills by resolving inquiries and ensuring positive dining experiences
- Support inventory management and stock rotation procedures

Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent with good academic standing
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
