Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, invoices, and packing lists.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Maintain accurate data records within our supply chain management systems.
- Support the team in monitoring shipment status and proactively resolving minor logistical delays.
- Participate in daily inventory tracking and quality control checks for outgoing shipments.
- Assist in the optimization of shipping routes to ensure cost-efficiency and compliance.
- Prepare regular reporting on supply chain KPIs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates with a Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a proactive problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn new software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
