Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operations of the retail store and manage store floor activities efficiently.
- Lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching and motivation to ensure high performance.
- Drive sales targets by actively promoting products and ensuring excellent customer service standards.
- Manage inventory levels, perform stock counts, and maintain visual merchandising displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure total satisfaction.
- Support the Store Manager in reporting sales data, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing improvements.
- Uphold the company's brand image and safety standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma holder.
- Strong leadership potential and a genuine passion for the retail and footwear industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
