Bata Shoes is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Trainee Store Manager to join our expanding team in Keningau, Sabah. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in the daily operations of the retail outlet.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to achieve monthly targets and revenue goals.
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage stock inventory, conduct stock counts, and organize visual merchandising displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to build brand loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and visual standards.
- Assist in recruitment processes and performance evaluations for the sales team.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM/UEC certificate or Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail in visual merchandising.
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the organization.
