You will be responsible for facilitating engaging training sessions, evaluating staff progression, and refining our current training materials to ensure consistency across the board. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and facilitate comprehensive training programs for new hires, covering product knowledge, operational procedures, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training and identify areas for individual or team improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and update training modules, handbooks, and visual aids to ensure information is accurate and easy to follow.
- Observe employee performance on the job and provide constructive, actionable feedback to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training gaps and design targeted coaching sessions.
- Maintain organized records of training sessions, attendance, and employee assessment results for reporting purposes.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that aligns with company culture and values.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer, Coach, or in a similar HR-related development role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse groups of trainees.
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for developing training materials.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance metrics and identify development needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
