Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate training or facilitation
- Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies and instructional design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proven experience in developing training materials and assessment tools
- Familiarity with operational standards and compliance frameworks
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvement strategies
- Certification in training or HR development is advantageous
