We are seeking a dynamic and professional individual to drive product excellence across our retail network in Central Java. In this role, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge mobile devices and our sales partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Your primary focus will be on designing and delivering comprehensive training programs, conducting on-site coaching sessions, and monitoring retail performance to identify improvement areas. You will stay ahead of the latest INFINIX product features and technical specifications, translating complex technical details into engaging training materials. By empowering our retail partners with superior product knowledge, you will directly contribute to increasing sales conversion and brand loyalty in the Semarang region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver interactive product training sessions for retail partners and sales staff in the Semarang area.
- Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets to provide on-the-job coaching and support.
- Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor the performance of sales teams and provide actionable feedback to improve sales techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile phone trends, features, and competitor analysis to inform training content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align training strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Track training metrics and report on the effectiveness of training programs to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales training, retail management, or product education.
- Deep technical knowledge of mobile phone hardware, software, and features.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with retail partners.
- Willingness to travel within the region to support retail outlets.
- Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
