Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions for new hires and existing collections account agents, focusing on communication, negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct thorough training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted intervention programs.
- Create, update, and maintain engaging training materials, modules, and assessments tailored to the collections environment.
- Monitor trainee progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans to ensure successful onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Team to align training strategies with performance goals and client-specific requirements.
- Facilitate refresher courses, upskilling programs, and cross-training initiatives to maintain high agent competency and motivation.
- Maintain accurate training documentation and prepare insightful reports on training effectiveness, agent progression, and attrition rates.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and adult learning methodologies to continuously refine the training curriculum.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Trainer within a Call Center, specifically handling Collections or Financial Accounts.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a strong background in English education or linguistics.
- Demonstrated ability to engage, motivate, and inspire adult learners in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing performance data, identifying trends, and measuring training ROI.
- Certification in Training or Facilitation (e.g., Training of Trainers, DILO) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig City and amenable to a shifting schedule as required by the business.
