Indonesia Equipment Centre is seeking an experienced and passionate Trainer for Dump Truck Operations and Maintenance to join our team in Kendari. As a key member of our technical training department, you will play a critical role in enhancing the technical competence of our mechanics and heavy equipment operators.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full training lifecycle, from conducting thorough training needs analysis (TNA) to delivering high-impact coaching sessions on-site. You will ensure that our workforce adheres to the highest safety and operational efficiency standards while maintaining our fleet of dump trucks to peak performance levels.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for mechanic and operator teams.
- Develop high-quality training modules and manuals for dump truck operations and heavy equipment maintenance.
- Deliver engaging technical classroom training and hands-on field coaching.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure improved performance and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with field supervisors to identify technical skill gaps in the workforce.
- Maintain detailed records of training attendance and individual competence assessments.
- Ensure all training materials are updated with the latest industry regulations and equipment technology.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a mechanic, operator, or technical trainer in the heavy equipment/mining industry.
- Deep technical knowledge of dump truck systems (engine, hydraulics, electrical, and powertrain).
- Proven ability to design and implement effective technical training curricula.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Kendari region.
- Certification in Training of Trainers (TOT) or relevant vocational teaching credentials is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office suite for reporting and presentation development.
