Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on electrical and instrumentation systems
- Conduct assessments to evaluate trainees' knowledge and skills
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards, technologies, and best practices in electrical and instrumentation engineering
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify training needs and develop customized solutions
- Prepare training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training effectiveness
- Mentor and coach junior engineers to enhance their technical skills
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering
- Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in technical subjects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Certification in training or adult education is a plus
- Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for electrical and instrumentation engineering
