- Design and implement technical training programs for elevator/escalator installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in elevator/escalator maintenance or installation
- Certification in technical training or adult education preferred
- Strong knowledge of vertical transportation systems and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop structured training curricula and assessment tools
