Mitra Adiperkasa (MAP), Indonesia’s leading lifestyle retailer, is seeking a dynamic Trainer Executive to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the professional growth of our retail teams, ensuring our frontline staff deliver world-class service that aligns with our global brand standards.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and facilitating high-impact training modules that bridge the gap between product knowledge and sales performance. We are looking for an individual who can inspire, mentor, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning across our diverse store portfolio.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive training programs tailored to retail operational excellence and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions for store staff, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand values.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through performance metrics, store visits, and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with HR and Department Heads to identify competency gaps and develop targeted development interventions.
- Create engaging learning materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and floor mentorship to improve conversion rates and team performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retail trends and industry best practices to keep training content relevant and competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Trainer or Learning & Development specialist, preferably in the retail or hospitality sector.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in instructional design tools and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Excellent command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret training data and translate it into actionable improvements.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple training projects in a fast-paced environment.
