Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for customer service representatives in the travel industry
- Create engaging training materials including presentations, handouts, and interactive exercises
- Conduct both classroom and on-the-job training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer
- Assess trainee performance through evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Monitor training effectiveness and continuously refine training programs based on feedback and performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices in travel customer service
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Education, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or training, preferably in the travel industry
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching and development
- Proficiency in training methodologies and adult learning principles
- Ability to create compelling training materials and presentations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and learning management systems
