Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia, a global leader in cooling technology, is seeking a talented Trainer for our After Sales Service department in Surabaya. In this role, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and our technical workforce. You will be responsible for empowering service technicians with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver world-class support for our residential and commercial AC systems.
This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives on troubleshooting complex cooling systems and takes pride in developing others. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining Gree's reputation for quality by ensuring that every technician is trained to the highest industry standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and conduct technical training programs for After Sales Service technicians, focusing on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Gree HVAC systems.
- Create comprehensive training materials, including manuals, slide decks, and hands-on laboratory exercises.
- Monitor and evaluate the technical competency of service partners and internal staff through performance assessments.
- Provide technical support and guidance to field teams when complex repair issues arise.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Gree product releases and technological advancements in the HVAC industry.
- Coordinate with regional service managers to identify training gaps and address recurring product performance issues.
- Maintain training facilities and equipment in optimal, working condition to ensure a high-quality learning environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering.
- Proven experience (min. 2-3 years) in the HVAC/Refrigeration industry, specifically in technical support or maintenance.
- Strong understanding of cooling cycles, electrical wiring, and HVAC control systems.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Willingness to travel to various service points within the region as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience in professional training or coaching is a significant advantage.
