Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain school data systems, ICT infrastructure, and educational technology platforms
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for staff on ICT tools and systems
- Oversee resource allocation and optimization of ICT equipment across campus
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for educational technology implementations
- Develop documentation and user guides for ICT systems and platforms
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols for data integrity
- Collaborate with academic teams to integrate technology into curriculum delivery
- Research and recommend emerging educational technologies for implementation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Educational Technology
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ICT training or educational technology support
- Proficiency in data management systems and educational platforms (e.g., LMS, SIS)
- Strong communication skills with ability to train diverse audiences
- Certification in ICT training or educational technology preferred
- Experience troubleshooting network infrastructure and classroom technology
- Knowledge of Singapore MOE educational technology standards
- Ability to develop training materials and conduct needs assessments
