Kebab Turki Baba Rafi, the world's biggest kebab chain, is looking for an energetic and professional Trainer to join our team in Depok. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our operational success, ensuring that every team member embodies our brand values and follows our strict quality standards.
As a Trainer, you will bridge the gap between company strategy and frontline execution. You will design engaging training modules, facilitate workshops, and mentor employees to ensure consistent performance across all outlets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff.
- Conduct regular field audits to ensure full compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify knowledge gaps through performance observation and feedback loops.
- Create instructional materials, including manuals, visual aids, and digital training content.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through KPIs and employee feedback.
- Provide on-the-job coaching to enhance customer service and product preparation skills.
- Collaborate with operations managers to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Deep understanding of adult learning methodologies and training facilitation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and training needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence staff at all levels.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-learning platforms.
- Willingness to travel to various outlets within the designated region.
