Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and conduct comprehensive training modules for operational staff regarding heavy equipment handling and logistics processes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance assessments, feedback, and operational audits.
- Ensure all operational personnel are fully compliant with K3 (Health and Safety) regulations and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the field operations.
- Create and update training materials, manuals, and visual aids based on current mining industry trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with field managers to identify skill gaps and provide targeted coaching to improve overall team performance.
- Maintain accurate training records and report on development progress to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a training or instructional role, preferably within the mining, oil and gas, or heavy transportation industry.
- Possess a valid Trainer Certification (BNSP or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of mining safety regulations and operational excellence principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be stationed in Kalimantan Timur.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding field environment.
