Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular product training sessions for salon staff and beauty consultants.
- Demonstrate proper application techniques for Dr. Hannan hair treatments and products.
- Visit salons to provide on-site support, troubleshoot product issues, and gather client feedback.
- Develop and update training materials, including brochures and demonstration kits.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to suggest improvements based on market trends and salon needs.
- Represent the brand at industry events, hair shows, and promotional activities.
- Track training progress and maintain records of salon performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the haircare, beauty, or cosmetic industry.
- Strong passion for haircare products and beauty trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to travel frequently to various salon locations within Kuala Lumpur.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Degree or Diploma in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or related fields is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales and educational targets.
