Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive product training programs for retail staff and internal stakeholders.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and video tutorials.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching clinics both in-person and virtually.
- Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives through data-driven performance metrics and retail feedback.
- Collaborate with product managers to stay updated on new feature releases and technology updates.
- Identify knowledge gaps within retail teams and implement targeted training interventions to close them.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and customer experience standard across all retail touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Psychology, or a relevant business field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail training, sales coaching, or corporate education.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to simplify complex technical product information.
- Proficiency in instructional design and familiarity with modern Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to travel to various retail locations within the Banten/Jabodetabek area.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of professional integrity.
- Strong analytical mindset to translate training outcomes into improved business results.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
