Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and facilitate engaging training modules tailored to organizational needs and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify knowledge gaps and professional development opportunities across departments.
- Maintain and update training materials, digital learning content, and assessment tools to ensure relevance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs, participant feedback, and performance metrics.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and group workshops to enhance soft skills and technical proficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with company objectives and culture.
- Stay updated with the latest learning and development (L&D) trends, methodologies, and training technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a training, facilitation, or HR development role.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
